Can I add my Marketing company?

You can add your Marketing company, you will just need to give them a dummy address if they are already added to another customer in OktoRocket. For example, if your shop domain is doctorauto.com, you could give them an email address of marketing@doctorauto.com. It doesn't actually exist, but OktoRocket is okay with that. We use email address to identify each user. We are in the process of adding a Marketing role as well as letting you assign non-customers basic access to your data.
