Can you integrate Call Rail data?

Yes, however, it is a basic integration at the moment showing call conversions for new and return customers in the dashboard. We have posted an update to the beta site that matches your CallRail calls to specific monthly tickets based on the phone number. This will give you a more accurate conversion ratio for new callers and return customers. This is based on unique calls and customer counts.

This will likely cause your ratios to drop a bit, so keep that in mind. we are also in the process of letting you export the calls we pulled in so you can see the possible missed opportunities or the callers that did not convert. We will keep you posted!
