How are Technician Hours calculated?
full question: I've noticed some inaccuracy in the technician hours in OktoRocket vs what is in Tekmetric. Can you please explain how the metrics on the advisor and technician breakdowns are derived.
The technician hours in OktoRocket are based on who is assigned as the primary on a ticket and not production hours. These are RO level numbers. In the original spirit of the sales tracker, we are tracking who inspected/found the work on a ticket not labor hours. I am currently working on getting Production hours into the dashboard as well.
