How do we add other tribe members to our OR?

You need to make sure you have the Opt-in enabled for the Tribe Dashboard. Go to Settings > General Settings > Check the "Opt-in" > Click Save. If your coach has you set up in a group other tribe members should have access. If the other tribe member is not an OktoRocket user, you should be able to just add their email address to your account.
