I want to see what my Service Advisor is struggling to sell. How do I do that in OktoRocket?

full question: I want to see what my Service Advisor is struggling to sell. I want a list of her RO's with the close ratios. I can then view the low ratio slips and find similarities.

This is available in the Data View. Once in the Data View you can filter by Advisor, and then sort by several fields such as close ratio.
