What if I am missing a tech assignment to a ticket?
OktoRocket pulls the tech based on who is assigned as the default to a ticket in your SMS; in the near future it will have the capability to have multiple techs assigned. If you are missing a tech assignment on a ticket, you can open the closed ticket, set a tech as the default technician on the ticket and then close the ticket out again. OktoRocket will update with the new tech assignment
