Why isn't OktoRocket letting me add a user to my account?
if you are adding a user to your OktoRocket account and the system is not letting you create that user, that means that email login already exists in OktoRocket. To check this, switch the "Active Users Only" toggle from yes to no and check if the user appears in the user list. If the user does appear in the list, click "Edit User" and switch their Active toggle from no to yes. If the user doesn't appear in the list, contact support
