• What do the Different Colors Mean in the Outrunning Overhead Section?

  Red means that your GP has not surpassed your overhead. Black means that your GP has surpassed your overhead and you're profitable. Green means that you have meant your GP goal.Popular

• What is the best way to find out GP per Advisor per month?

  If you want to see an individual Advisor GP, you can look at the Dashboard for the current month - Click Advisors/Technicians at the top and then if you click an advisor or techs name, it will expand out to show you their details.Some readers

• On the leader board, what makes up the sales figure? Does it include approved work in process?

  It depends on what data view you are in. If you are in either posted+complete+sold (all) or posted+complete+sold (this month) then yes, their sales will include WIP. If you are in the posted data view then it does not.Some readers

• Why are customers marked as returning for the source showing up in New Customers?

  The marketing source in your SMS system might be inaccurate. OktoRocket identifies new and returning customers by checking its own system first, then your SMS system, for any past customer interactions.Some readers

• Does the leader board sales totals include shop supplies?

  Yes. You can disable Shop Supplies in the GP calculations by going to your profile in the top right corner of OktoRocket. Click your name, and then select Profile.Some readers

• What exactly does rollover tell me?

  It tells you how much in sales/gp/tickets/hours that you have in open tickets from previous months. So each month, it tallies tickets that were authorized from previous months but not closed.Some readers

• Is there a way to measure a technician average tech quote from one week to another?

  Yes, below the listing of Service Advisors and Technicians is a week by week view for techs and advisors.Some readers

• Where do I find Average Duration Service?

  It is found if you mouse over the “(i)” icon next to the word "Month" on the dashboard card for Month.Few readers

• How do I remove an employee from my Dashboard?

  You would have to actually remove them from the data in TekMetric. OktoRocket pull techs and advisors straight from your data in TekMetric based on who is assigned to tickets, those employees are just informational based on the possible history of tickets. They do not affect your numbers or data other than existing for historical purposes.Few readers

• How can I look at previous months dashboard numbers?

  To view your previous month's data, Click the month name at the top of the Dashboard. You can select a previous month from there.Few readers

• What kind of Rollover does OktoRocket track?

  OktoRocket displays both Weekly and Monthly Rollover. Weekly rollover is located in the Month by week section, and monthly rollover is located at the bottom of the dashboard.Few readers
