You can add your Marketing company, you will just need to give them a dummy address if they are already added to another customer in OktoRocket. For example, if your shop domain is doctorauto.com, you could give them an email address of marketing@doctorauto.com. It doesn't actually exist, but OktoRocket is okay with that.
